How do I order products?
You can shop online or we accept orders by email at sales@allumiqs.com.
If your organization requires a purchase order process we can provide a quote and/or register for your supplier platform.
Can I contract Allumiqs through online platforms like Science Exchange and Scientist.com?
Yes, we are registered on both platforms.
Where do I send my samples?
Samples are processed and analyzed in our Sherbrooke, QC facility. Please follow our sample submission guidelines. Samples can be shipped to:

What are my payment options?
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, electronic funds transfer or wire transfer. If your organization requires a purchase order process we can provide a quote and/or register for your supplier platform.

We sell our products to customers around the world.
In North America we sell directly through our online store or via purchase order. We also sell to customers in North America through our sales partners at Bioficity and ESI Solutions.

What quantities is the ProTrap sold in?
The ProTrap XG is available in packs of 10, 50, or 100, and customized quantities can be made available upon request.
The ProTrap HT is available in a 5PK, 5PK with reagents, or a trial size of 1 plate and reagents.
