Our Senior Operations Manager, Karine, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day scientific operations of the company. She ensures optimized workflows, continuous process improvements, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams. With over nine years of experience managing operations, human resources, accounting, finance, and administrative functions in a CRO, Karine has developed strong skills in data-oriented global operations, contributing to customer success. Karine holds a B.Sc. in biochemistry, an M.Sc. in cell biology, and two certificates in administration and accounting from the Université de Sherbrooke.
