Kent MacLean is a Director of Allumiqs Corporation, bringing over three decades of international business and leadership experience. Kent has driven the evolution of Allumiqs from its initial concept-to-commercialization stages to its current expansion through strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, venture funding, and industry partnerships. Under his guidance, Allumiqs is becoming a leading tech-enabled Contract Research Organization (CRO) in the preclinical biopharma and biotech sectors.
Kent’s extensive global management experience spans finance, operations, and business development in both start-ups and high-growth organizations across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. He has a proven track record of accelerating business growth by creating high-performance teams, entering international and emerging markets, and establishing profitable strategic business ecosystems with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Before joining Allumiqs, Kent founded and led Arcos Technologies, a Microsoft Business Solutions Partner specializing in business intelligence, data analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions. He also served as CEO of Emergence, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, where he expanded the company through mergers and acquisitions and an affiliate partner network, making it a leading solutions provider across seven countries in North America, South America, and the Caribbean.
